Sidney “Dr. Dance” Grant and Dr. Ninah Beliavsky, PhD have been performing Argentine Tango together for over a decade at a variety of venues in the Greater New York area and the Hudson Valley. Sid worked in film & TV as well as on and off Broadway. He taught ballroom dancing to Julia Roberts and her cast for the movie Mona Lisa Smile.  Additionally, Grant brought his noncompetitive Ballroom & Latin dancing program, BALLROOM BASIX, to Hudson Intermediate School for several years and brought “fun, fitness & fancy footwork” to over 30,000 schoolchildren across all 5 boroughs of New York City…and beyond!
