Nea'/Sister Red Hawk is an Indigenous woman of the tribes of New England (Narragansett/ Wampanoag & Shinnecock). She is a passionate sound healer that is dedicated to the harmonizing and healing of the mind, body, and spirit through the ancient indigenous powers of sound. She is a resident artist with the Second Ward Foundation of Hudson,NY and also conducts local Sound Baths in and around the Hudson Valley areas.  She has a background in music therapy, Indigenous Medicine as well as training in various sound healing modalities and instruments.
