Hudson Festival Players will perform a concert of string quartet music, featuring core members of the Hudson Festival Orchestra’s string section. These talented musicians reside in our area and perform in a variety of professional musical ensembles.

This will be an opportunity to begin to introduce members of the Hudson Festival Orchestra to the public. Founded in 2019 by Artistic Director and Conductor Gwen Gould, The HFO itself has not yet had a chance to debut as an orchestra because of Covid. Its signature event “Hudson in Concert: A Community Celebration” for full orchestra, will take place in Henry Hudson Riverfront Park when it is deemed safe to do so.
